My Link Doesn't Work

There are a couple of reasons why you link may not work.

Remember, we are using frames to add the pixel, so some sites don't allow this, and some sites don't allow the custom code. There are plenty of links that do allow it, however.

If you have a strange link like this one that redirects itself:

Try to make sure it is not redirecting from an https to an http link so you can make this adjustment:

Add https right before the allavsoft.com as seen here highlighted in bold and it should all work.

If your link does not work, like with the site Tubebuddy, change the toggle to "shorten only" and it will work. This will remove the option to use a custom overlay.

Not all sites support custom overlays. Large sites like YouTube and Facebook do not support custom overlays, but most sites do, even large sites like Medium.

Linkalytics can detect which sites allow custom overlays and which do not in most cases, so if a site does not support custom overlays, it will default to "shorten only."

But we recommend to always test your links before promoting them to your email list or sharing them on social media.
